Building connections, sharing knowledge and creating spaces where people can meet and participate. Throughout 2026, Tramant Benestar has promoted community activities in Alta Ribagorça focused on well-being, coexistence and participation.
The programme promotes community-based social intervention by creating opportunities for people of different ages and backgrounds to meet, participate and build stronger connections.
Suara Cooperativa contributes its expertise in the social and socio-educational fields, particularly in supporting children, adolescents and families and developing preventive and community-based initiatives. This approach is also linked to the Social and Educational Intervention Service (SIS) of Alta Ribagorça, which supports children and adolescents at risk and their families.
Through activities ranging from gastronomy and art to yoga, traditional crafts and digital skills, Tramant Benestar uses participation as a tool to promote well-being, strengthen social connections and foster community cohesion.
Cuisines of the World: connecting cultures through food
In April, May and June, Tramant Benestar organised three Cuisines of the World sessions with local associations and communities from Ukraine, Morocco and Honduras.
Food became a meeting point for sharing recipes, experiences and traditions, encouraging intercultural exchange, mutual understanding and coexistence among people from different backgrounds.
Community art and outdoor well-being
In July, families and local residents came together to create a collective mural in a public space, transforming it into a place for creativity, participation and community connection.
In August, an outdoor yoga session led by Àurea Clivillé provided participants with an opportunity to relax, connect with their bodies and promote their physical and emotional well-being.
From River to Thread: preserving local traditions
The From River to Thread workshop introduced participants to the traditional process of transforming wool, from washing and carding to dyeing and spinning.
Through a practical and theatrical experience, participants discovered traditional techniques and crafts associated with wool. The initiative helped preserve and pass on traditional knowledge, connecting new generations with the history and heritage of Alta Ribagorça.
Digital skills, health and well-being
In September, Tramant Benestar organised Canva training in collaboration with the local council to encourage participation in the Girella 2026 poster competition in El Pont de Suert. The programme also included activities related to health, emotional well-being, nutrition and healthy eating.
Together, these initiatives reflect a broad understanding of well-being that combines health, learning, participation and community relationships.
