Code of Ethics
In November 2016, the General Assembly of Suara Cooperativa gave the green light to the creation of an Ethics Committee, becoming the first Catalan cooperative to have one. One of its first assignments was the creation and implementation of a code of ethics that guides the action of the cooperative and its workers.
The code of ethics of Suara Cooperativa, which was presented at the General Assembly in May 2024, was born from the intercooperation between people external to the organization and its workers. This is the letter of introduction of the ethical principles or moral values that must be the reference of the culture of Suara Cooperativa and defines the way in which we want to work and provide our service to society. This document guides us by giving us shared general principles of action.
