The digital transformation project, carried out thanks to co-funding from CEPES and the European Social Fund, is consolidated with 15 new training actions.
The path toward digitalization is not just a matter of incorporating new technologies, but of ensuring that workers use them with confidence, skill, and, above all, securely. With this premise in mind, Suara Cooperativa launched the "Impuls digital i ciberseguretat" (Digital Boost and Cybersecurity) project a year and a half ago.
Today, this initiative, which is funded by the European Social Fund+ (ESF+) through CEPES (Spanish Business Confederation of the Social Economy), is a well-established reality. It has horizontally transformed the digital skills across the organization, reflecting the collective effort and commitment of the cooperative to offer more resilient and higher-quality social and healthcare services.
The success of this rollout translates into a direct impact on Suara Cooperativa's workforce. To date, the project has already registered a total of 3,780 participants, who have completed 7,858 hours of training across different educational pathways linked to digital skills.
Furthermore, we have also applied innovation to learning by creating 32 entirely new training actions, in both asynchronous and face-to-face formats. This has expanded the current offer to a total of 57 editions currently available (synchronous and asynchronous) tailored to different professional profiles.
As a result, large-scale guidance has been provided to more than 900 workers, who received direct support and assistance to complete asynchronous training, reinforcing the premise that no one is left behind in the technological adaptation.
The grant has also enabled the creation of spaces for problem-solving and growth by setting up "Espais digi online" (Online Digi Spaces), where the team has been able to resolve doubts in real time, share experiences, and grow together collaboratively.

La cultura de la prevenció: blindant l'organització en ciberseguretat
A culture of prevention: shielding the organization in cybersecurity
Beyond learning digital tools, one of the fundamental pillars of the project is to foster a preventive culture in cybersecurity to minimize the risks of daily IT incidents.
To evaluate the robustness of our systems and the team's capacity to react to potential real threats, three social engineering simulations have been conducted over the past year and a half. These tests, combined with constant cybersecurity alerts and engagement efforts through internal communities such as “L’aventura digital” (The Digital Adventure), have placed data security as a strategic priority at all levels of the cooperative.
This ambitious internal transformation was born out of a desire not only to improve the cooperative's day-to-day operations but also to boost internal self-promotion and the employability of our members and workers through digital training.
For this reason, the project officially kicked off with a major virtual conference that brought together more than 100 registered participants and a live connection of over 80 professionals. This inaugural session featured the collaboration of Roberto Lejarzegi, an expert in the Ikanos model (a personalized process for improving digital skills where each individual can choose their own path and goals), and a professional from the Security Department of IThinkUPC, who spoke about Suara Cooperativa's data security project.
The project, however, does not end here and will continue until the end of 2027.
