The Digital Impulse and Cybersecurity project will strengthen the digital skills of the entire cooperative.

Suara Cooperativa receives a grant from the European Social Fund+, through the Spanish Business Confederation of the Social Economy (CEPES), which aims to increase the digital knowledge of workers.

In this context, the grant has been awarded for the Digital Impulse and Cybersecurity project, which aims to strengthen the digital skills of the entire cooperative.

In detail, the objective of the grant is that all of us who work at Suara Cooperativa have the necessary digital skills to do our job adequately and safely. Therefore, this initiative should not only improve day-to-day work, but also reinforce the cooperative digital culture and encourage internal promotion.

To achieve this challenge and within the framework of this project, we will carry out three actions: we will evaluate our level of digital skills with a self-assessment test, we will offer training to acquire the digital skills necessary to carry out our work, adapted to each profile and we will accompany each step of the way with technical and material support.

The project, which will last around two years, will also have an official presentation event for all the workers of the cooperative, in which we will have invited experts.
