This collaboration between students in the training cycle and the Sostre 360 program is a very exciting proposal for both participants and professionals, as it generates a space of knowledge that creates links and an essential support network for youth in the situation of homelessness.

Maresme Sostre 360 Program

Sostre 360 of the Maresme attends to young people between the ages of 18 and 25 who are in a homelessness, with a total of 30 young people derived from the social services. The program offers housing alternatives, psychosocial, educational support, as well as legal. In addition, it helps these young people to create support networks and links with their community. Unfortunately, there is a variable number of young people who are on the waiting list to enter the program, showing the need for these types of initiatives in the region.
