Campus Suara continues to broaden its training offer and strengthen its commitment to professional development in the social field. This time, two new university microcredentials are being launched: “Young migrants: accompaniment with an intercultural perspective” and “Older adults: fostering autonomy through relational and emotional tools”. These training programs also include free enrolment options for people in vulnerable situations, aiming to make them more accessible and inclusive.
The courses will begin in early 2026 and will be delivered online. This initiative is part of the professional reskilling strategy for residents in Catalonia aged 25 to 64, and it is partially subsidized. Up to 25% of the places may benefit from a 100% tuition waiver, especially for unemployed individuals and/or those at risk of social exclusion.
The microcredential “Older adults: fostering autonomy through relational and emotional tools” is designed to train professionals to support older people with a focus on care, respect, and the promotion of personal autonomy. The program emphasizes the development of relational, emotional, and community-based tools that improve quality of life and encourage active and dignified ageing.
Meanwhile, the microcredential “Young migrants: accompaniment with an intercultural perspective” aims to equip professionals with tools to understand and address the diverse realities of young migrants. With an intercultural and inclusive approach, the program offers strategies that foster social, educational, and labour integration for these young people, grounded in respect and diversity.
Enrolments are now open, and places are limited. The general fee for each microcredential is €95, with the possibility of free enrolment for people in vulnerable situations, thanks to available subsidies.
