This week, Campus Suara experienced a very special moment: the first graduating class of the Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions has completed their training.
This group of 15 students, all of them members of the cooperative, began the course last October as part of a pilot program promoted by Campus Suara. After months of study, dedication, and effort, they have completed the theoretical part of the program and their professional internships within services offered by the cooperative itself.
The closing ceremony took place at Suara’s Barcelona offices and was attended by the students, their families, the teaching and support teams of the Campus, as well as members of Suara’s general co-management, including Tomàs Llompart, and the President of the Governing Council, Laia Bonastra.
The students expressed their satisfaction with the experience and the support received. This initiative marks a significant step forward in Suara’s commitment to offering high-quality training opportunities within the cooperative itself, placing people at the center and promoting professional empowerment.
Having obtained the official Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions, they are now qualified to work as home care assistants or geriatric care workers across Suara’s various services. In this way, they continue to grow professionally within the cooperative.
