On Thursday, October 16th, Suara Cooperativa was recognized by the City Council of Sant Joan Despí, through its Employment and Training Department (Promodespí), for its dedicated work in the municipality.
Suara was highlighted for its participation in Job Networking events, orientation talks at local high schools, and hiring staff through the municipal job board. These actions reflect our cooperative commitment to creating opportunities, caring for people, and driving social transformation.
The event, held at the Miquel Martí i Pol Auditorium, featured an improvisational theatre performance by the group Improshow, focused on the theme of job searching. Afterwards, a public recognition was given to various companies and organizations that have collaborated with Promodespí in supporting people through training and job placement processes.
This recognition highlights the importance of partnerships between cooperatives and public administrations in building a fairer and more inclusive society.
