On February 19, as part of the BCN Health Innovation Week, Suara Cooperativa hosted a session at its corporate offices focused on addressing one of the major challenges faced by organizations: how to measure and improve employees’ emotional well-being.
During the session, the collaboration between I2CAT and Benestarum, the well-being platform created by Suara, was presented, with the aim of integrating well-being as a structural, measurable element aligned with corporate strategy.
Research-driven environments, such as I2CAT, are characterized by high levels of demand, pressure for results, and technical complexity — factors that can lead to sustained stress and burnout situations. In this context, the collaboration is based on a clear premise: to transform well-being, it must first be measured.
In the first phase of the project, I2CAT conducted a series of interviews and internal analyses to obtain an initial diagnosis of the state of well-being, emotional health, and stress levels within the organization prior to the deployment of the platform.
From this starting point, Benestarum provides the services of the emotional support platform tailored to the identified needs. The project foresees reassessing the same indicators in the coming months in order to evaluate the platform’s real impact and analyze the evolution of burnout and mental health levels.
The session brought together executives and people management teams interested in incorporating data-driven methodologies to address workplace well-being. The event concluded with a participatory dynamic that enabled attendees to share experiences, challenges, and future perspectives on managing well-being in high-pressure environments.
With initiatives such as this one, Suara reinforces its commitment to social innovation and the generation of measurable impact, placing people’s well-being at the center of its organizational strategy.
