This Tuesday, we celebrated the first Suara Day Espai de Selecció, an initiative designed to bring Suara Cooperativa closer to students who have completed or are nearing the end of the Certificate of Professionalism in Home-Based Social and Health Care and the Intermediate Vocational Training in Nursing Care.
The event, held at Suara’s facilities in Barcelona, was a great opportunity to showcase how we work, share our cooperative model, and experience first-hand how innovation is applied to care services. Participants, coming from different educational centers, visited our immersive reality room, tried virtual reality headsets, and saw 3D printers in action.
One of the highlights of the day was the speed dating space — a dynamic and friendly format that enabled meaningful first exchanges with potential future team members at Suara. To help spark conversations, the event kicked off with an informal breakfast.
Through initiatives like this, Suara reaffirms its commitment to young talent, creating spaces for learning, connection, and professional growth. We aim to be a gateway to the workforce for people with a strong sense of vocation, the desire to grow, and the drive to help transform the world of care.
