Suara presented its talent management model at the UAB as part of the VI CREIS-UAB Workshop 2025, with the participation of Jana Castells, Technical Director of Talent
This Tuesday, September 16, the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) hosted the VI CREIS-UAB Workshop 2025, a meeting space to reflect on the challenges of entrepreneurship and social innovation.
As part of the round table on talent retention and recruitment in the third sector and public administration, Jana Castells, Technical Director of Talent at Suara Cooperativa, shared the cooperative’s model and practices aimed at strengthening talent and professionalisation in the sector.
During her speech, she contributed concrete experiences and strategic insights to address current challenges in leadership, talent development and social economy, highlighting the importance of placing people at the centre and promoting innovative models within the third sector.
The workshop, organised by the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (CREIS-UAB), brought together academics, professionals and institutional representatives to debate the future of talent and social innovation.
