The meeting served to share the main challenges and lines of work of the cooperative for 2026 and to gather the expert perspective of the people who are part of the Advisory Councilis.
During the session, the general co-management of Suara Cooperativa, formed by Laura Peracaula and Tomàs Llompart, shared with the members of the Advisory Councilis their assessment of 2025 and shared the learnings and challenges for the future.
The meeting was also attended by members of the Strategic Leadership Team of Suara Cooperativa and people who lead the strategic projects planned for 2026, who presented the initiatives that the cooperative is promoting to continue advancing in innovation, efficiency and social impact.
The Advisory Councilis, established in 2023, is a consultative body made up of experts from the academic, business and social worlds who provide knowledge, experience and external vision to contribute to the strategic development of the cooperative.
In this new stage, the Advisory Councilis also adds three new members:
- Beatriz Soler Bigas, Executive Director of the MBA Program at ESADE and Associate Professor of Marketing Management at ESADE,
- Núria Adroer Martori, Head of R&D&I at Adiquímica and
- Carlos Cortés, Associate Researcher of CSR and Professor at ESADE, Social, Strategic and HR Consulting and lecturer at UNED.
During the day, the general co-management wanted to thank the involvement and contributions of the Advisory Councilis, highlighting the value of these spaces for dialogue and contrast to continue strengthening Suara's cooperative social project.
Since its origins, more than 40 years ago, Suara Cooperativa has worked to socially transform the local environment through services for people. On this path, inter-cooperation and alliances with people and institutions from different fields, including the Advisory Councilis, are key to continuing to advance. Spaces that allow the incorporation of diverse and expert perspectives into the cooperative's social project and that enrich and contribute to promoting initiatives with impact and capacity for transformation.
