The first cohort of the Suara Campus has successfully completed the professional internship period corresponding to the Certificate of Professionalism in Social and Health Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions. This milestone represents a significant step in the training of new professionals committed to care and support for people.

After beginning their training in October 2024 and successfully completing the theoretical phase, the students were able to apply the knowledge they had acquired in an 80-hour practical module, carried out in various Suara Cooperative services. This period has been fundamental in consolidating a solid foundation of knowledge, in a real and meaningful environment.

A key element of this experience has been the professional guidance provided by the internship tutors. These tutors, experienced Suara professionals, played an essential role in mentoring, monitoring, and supporting the students. Thanks to their dedication, high-quality learning spaces were created, combining technical expertise with human care, which made a significant difference in the training process.

Throughout this year, Suara has had 346 tutors, professionals dedicated to supporting the new generations of workers in the sector. In this first cohort, 14 tutors made it possible for the students to successfully complete their training journey. With this excellent preparation, the students of Suara Campus have acquired a solid theoretical foundation and enriching practical experience, key to their personal and professional growth.

Through this training, Suara reaffirms its commitment to improving care for people in situations of dependency and to fostering talent development in the sector. The Suara Campus not only offers rigorous training and expert guidance but also opens the door to a professional future in a sector with high demand and strong social impact.
