Suara Cooperativa, together with Iniciativa Barcelona Open Data and Barcelona Activa, organizes the first Datató de Dades for the attention and care of the elderly open to people of wide and diverse profiles.
This Datató, which will take place on Thursday, May 9 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., aims to collect open public data, which are key when developing a website or any information intended to support older people. In addition, this data can also be useful both for citizens and for people linked to the world of care, whether professional or not, when it comes to understanding the challenges, needs and preferences of people in the aging process.
The initiative was open to experts in the care of elderly people, researchers, service planners, managers or workers in the care sector for the elderly, journalists, data analysts, data visualizers, among other fields.
The purpose is that together they can create a collaborative and co-creation workspace to find solutions to specific problems in the aging process through data. For this reason, this interaction and vision of expert people is essential, which will undoubtedly contribute to providing valuable information about the needs surrounding the attention and care of the elderly.
