This activity was especially aimed at students in the Higher Degree Training Cycles (CFGS) in Early Childhood Education and Social Integration, with the aim of showing the professional opportunities that they could find in the future.

The presentation was led by Víctor Alonso, who explained the model of Suara, our mission and values, and the different services that are managed by the entity. Already in the areas of interest, Pilar Saus, made an approximation to the transversal competences and the role within kindergarten, and finally, the companion, Rosa Martí, who addressed the field of social action and its deployment and diversity of services.

Experiential training and job opportunities

These days were a window open to the world of work, where students could see firsthand the realities they will find after completing their studies.

Rosa emphasized that "knowing work possibilities is key to the motivation of young people," and Victor added that "it is important that they understand how they can contribute to society."

In Suara, we are committed to offering support and training, helping to create a new generation of passionate and prepared professionals to deal with the challenges of the education and social action sector.
