Yolanda Rubio works as a family worker at the Home Care Service of Rubí. She made a radical shift in her professional career to focus on caring for people. She wanted to work at the same city where she was living to extend her family. After successfully overcoming her challenges, she believes that home care is essential to improving the quality of life for those she attends. Also, she recognizes that listen them is satisfactory because she learns a lot of each life story behind them.
Yolanda is also a member of the Suport Ara Association, formed by Suara members and employees. She is thrilled to talk about the project, which supports members in those aspects of daily life that can become difficult and urgent.
