Joana Lorenzo, member of Suara
Joana Lorenzo is the director of the Residential Educational Action Center (CRAE) Travertí. She decided to change her life by leaving her chemistry job and starting a new career in the field of care of people. CRAE Travertí was established in 2017, as key piece of the children’s development who live there. The main work of Joana is to make feel them as home and to create a climate of trust between children, families and the educational team.
The member of Suara was born in Celrà, but she lives in Banyoles since 2003. A natural environment which she can enjoy with her family to practice trekking, rowing or ornithology. The last one is one of her main passions. For this reason, she always likes to spend her free time to birdwatch through the territory. Do you want to know her life story?
