The initiative of social and labor insertion for young migrants of the Baix Llobregat has achieved the insertion of 5 young people
On April 3, colleagues and colleagues of the cooperative participated in the assembly of the Esplugues Innova Business Association. He presented his project of sociolabor insertion and insertion of young migrants in the Baix Llobregat, living in assisted centers and flats.
The presentation was welcomed by the attendees, arousing interest and generating new contacts to collaborate in the labor inclusion of young people. This meeting served to make visible the potential of the boys and girls attended by the services of Suara and to advance the common goal of offering them future opportunities.
The centers and flats of young migrants of the Baix Llobregat aim to welcome, integrate, train and insert all young people guarded by the Directorate -General for Child and Adolescent Care (DGAIA) who have come only to minors in our country.
“We contact companies or associations of local businessmen (Baix Llobregat), make known the entity and young people and offer collaborating, whether work, or through a tailor -made training itinerary”, says Xavier Socoro, project educator. He also emphasizes that “in a short time with this system in Esplugues we have inserted in different itineraries to 5 young people”.
