Suara Cooperativa has participated in the National Days of Training and Studies organized by the Association Nationale des Maisons d'Enfants à Caractère Social (ANMECS) in Montpelier (France), with the aim of reflecting on the evolution of the Protection sector of Childhood.
Pepi Ruiz, operational director of Suara's Customer Area, participated in a workshop on the diversity of organizations and European governance models, explaining Suara's organizational model as a cooperative and its firm commitment to mutual cooperation and network work In this sense, following one of the basic pillars of cooperative societies, Suara maintains alliances with other companies and organizations and participate in different business and sectoral platforms.
A cooperative also took part in the workshop to show the Italian model, and ANMECS, the organizing association, to explain the French model. The session continued with working group dynamics and concluded with a round table to highlight the most relevant conclusions and resolve doubts.
