Catalonia has become a reference in southern Europe with the Barnahus model. The network has 14 facilities that attended 2,897 cases in 2024, multiplying the number of cases by 2.5.

Suara Cooperativa manages 3 of the 14 facilities in Tortosa, El Prat de Llobregat and Girona. The latter, with 317 cases, is one of the localities with the largest number of people attended by 2024. The profile of the victims shows that 8 out of 10 are girls, with 53.1% of cases in the family. Abuses are mainly given to adolescents, with 34% between the ages of 12 and 15.
