Suara Cooperativa has once again been awarded the Làbora seal, a recognition that highlights the commitment of organisations that promote labour inclusion for people in vulnerable situations. In parallel, Suara Inserción has also been awarded this seal.

This recognition is part of the Làbora programme, promoted by Barcelona City Council in partnership with social organisations, with the aim of facilitating access to the labour market for people facing greater employment barriers.

The Làbora seal recognises organisations that are committed to responsible hiring practices and that actively contribute to creating job opportunities, supporting both access to employment and integration into the workplace.

At Suara Cooperativa, this recognition reinforces our commitment to placing people at the centre and working towards a more inclusive and equitable labour market. Through our participation in the Làbora programme, we contribute to creating real opportunities for people in vulnerable situations, supporting them throughout their employment pathways.

The initiative also includes a special distinction for organisations that stand out for their impact and commitment, highlighting the importance of advancing towards more socially responsible employment models.

With this renewal, Suara Cooperativa continues to move forward in its mission of social transformation, through cooperativism and partnership with local stakeholders, to build a fairer and more inclusive society.
