Suara Cooperativa has received the award for "the most effective integration when introducing Gamelearn in its strategy" for applying gamification techniques in the training of employees, in the framework of the Gamelearn Annual Event23 held in Barcelona on October 26th.
These awards recognize organizations that use gamification and video games to improve the competencies and skills of their teams. The awards ceremony, which took place this Thursday night, was attended by Trini Giralt and Anna Garcia, representing the People area, who are in charge of training the team of Suara Cooperativa employees.
The entity considers that these trainings are essential when it comes to training its workers, so it began to introduce them five years ago. After seeing the good results of that first experience, it has been increasing the number of courses that introduce gamification for its professionals.
"It is a recognition of a job well done and a boost for gamification training to reach all professionals. This will not only help to improve their skills and competencies, but also to offer better care in their jobs and, especially, in those services in which people are accompanied," explains Giralt.
Suara Cooperativa employs 5,000 people in a wide range of fields, providing solutions for people in all stages of their lives: childhood, adolescence, adulthood and the elderly. For this reason, training is specific in each case and, therefore, gamification is adapted to each job position.
