Policy of behavior in social networks
Goal: To foster a respectful, positive and constructive environment on Suara Cooperativa's social media, and to ensure that all members of the community can participate freely without harassment or offensive comments.
Each user is responsible for the information and data they publish in our space on the social network, either as comments, on walls, blogs or even on their public profile.
Users must behave politely, respectfully and refrain from making comments that may offend others.
Under no circumstances may the user include content of a criminal, racist, xenophobic, apologia for terrorism or violation of human rights, defamatory, constitutive of deception or scam to its recipients or that in any way infringes applicable laws or regulations or results attacks against the rights of this cooperative or third parties.
Unacceptable Behaviors: The following behaviors will be considered unacceptable on our social networks:
- Offensive or defamatory language.
- Threats or intimidation towards other members or employees of Suara Cooperativa.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or other personal characteristics.
- Unsolicited advertising or spam.
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Content of a criminal nature, advocacy of terrorism or violation of human rights, constitutive of deception or scam
Procedure for Offensive Comments:
- Removal or hiding: Comments that violate this policy will be deleted or hidden by the social media administrator.
- Private Message: Authors of offensive comments may receive a private message from Suara Cooperativa, asking them to moderate their contributions.
- Blocking: In recurring cases, the user responsible for offensive comments may be blocked from Suara Cooperativa's social media pages.
- Reporting: Community members can report inappropriate behavior via private messages or emails to the social media administrator.
- Staff Training: The staff in charge of managing Suara Cooperativa's social networks will receive training on this policy and how to properly address cases of non-compliance.
- Monitoring and Review: Social media will be regularly monitored to identify inappropriate behavior, and this policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary.
- Uniform Application: This policy will be applied uniformly to ensure consistency and avoid perceptions of favoritism.
