We know that caregiving can be deeply rewarding, but it can also involve sacrifices, silent losses, and moments of emotional solitude. That’s why, in this webinar, we’ll talk about the grief that can arise while caring: how to recognize it, how to navigate it, and how to care for your own mental and emotional wellbeing throughout the process.

In this session, we’ll explore the different types of grief we experience throughout life and discover practical tools to better manage its emotional impact, prevent burnout, and maintain a healthier relationship with ourselves. There will also be space for questions, because what matters most is that you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Led by Kandy Guerrero, social worker and founder of the Els Dols Association, with a career dedicated to emotional support and raising awareness about grief in caregiving contexts. She has created training and support spaces for caregivers, offering an empathetic, practical, and transformative approach.
